 You will be informed by email as soon as your order is shipped and will be provided with a tracking number. All orders are prepared and shipped in our Angoulême workshop by our team. SHIPPING COSTS FREE DELIVERY IN FRANCE FOR ORDERS OVER €200 Home delivery via Colissimo Domicile within 72h (Mainland France excluding Corsica) : 8,00€ TTC, free for orders over €200. FREE DELIVERY TO BELGIUM AND SWITZERLAND FOR ORDERS OVER €250 Home delivery via Colissimo Domicile within 4 to 7 days: 12€ TTC, free for orders over €250 For deliveries in Switzerland, custom duties may apply and will be charged to the customer, our products being sold duty free. FREE DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES FOR ORDERS OVER €250 Home delivery via Colissimo Expert within 4 to 7 days depending on final destination: 16€ TTC, free for orders over €250 FREE DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD FOR ORDERS OVER €350 Home delivery via Colissimo Expert within 4 to 10 days depending on final destination: 24€ HT, free for orders over €350 For deliveries outside the EU, custom duties may apply and will be charged to the customer, our products being sold duty free. RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND) You have received your products but the size or cut does not suit you ? No worries, you have 14 days from the delivery date to ask for an exchange or refund. RETURN PROCEDURE The customer will fill the return form which indicates all the steps to follow in order to get an exchange or a refund. The form can be downloaded here: Return form. The customer will pay the shipping cost except when the product(s) delivered were damaged or did not match the order placed. Should that be the case, please contact us @ shop@lacharentaise-tcha.com in order to receive a prepaid return form. The return or exchange is at the customer’s risk. The product must be shipped in its orginal box, new, not worn, not cleaned, and with the return form to the following adresse: : La Charentaise TCHA, QUAI 55 Route de la Sablière, 16600 TOUVRE – France Should the customer not abide to the above conditions, in particular the return and exchange procedure, La Charentaise TCHA will not be able to process the refund. DEADLINES As soon as your exchange or refund is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email. In the case of an exchange, we will ship your new product within 15 days of receiving your returned product. Should your product not be available, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the case of a refund, we will process it within 15 days of receiving your returned product. The refund will automatically be processed to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
